PART 1: PRIVACY POLICY
ClearCargo is designed with a "Transparency-First" architecture. We provide a specialized utility to clean your device without ever gaining visibility into your personal life.
On-Device Intelligence & Permission Logic
ClearCargo is a singular-utility application dedicated to identifying and removing redundant APK files, residual application data, and temporary system caches.
The Sandbox Principle: To fulfill its function, ClearCargo requires "All Files Access." However, all processing is conducted locally on your hardware. * Data Residency: We do not maintain external servers to harvest your file metadata. Your documents, photos, and file names remain within the secure perimeter of your own device. We never collect, upload, or store your personal content.
Technical Ecosystem & Third-Party Service Providers
To maintain a high-performance environment and evaluate our market reach, we utilize limited third-party frameworks. These platforms process technical identifiers, not your personal files.
Firebase (Google): Employed for real-time crash diagnostics. If the app encounters a bug, a technical log (including device model and OS version) is generated to help our engineers stabilize the software.
Attribution & Analytics (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer): These tools allow us to understand how users find our app. They process pseudonymized technical IDs, such as your Advertising ID (GAID or IDFA).
Safety Boundary: These third parties are contractually prohibited from accessing your device storage or associating technical metadata with your real-world identity.
Legal Grounds for Data Handling
Our minimal processing of technical data is justified under the following legal pillars:
Performance of a Contract: Local file analysis is the core service you have engaged us to perform.
Legitimate Interests: We utilize non-sensitive technical IDs to prevent fraud, ensure app security, and optimize our commercial growth.
Your Vivid Rights
We empower our users with the following global data rights:
Right to Information on Sharing: You have the right to know if your data is shared. ClearCargo only shares non-identifiable technical metadata with the operational partners listed in Section 2.
Right to Know About Sales: You have the right to know if your data is sold. ClearCargo does not, and will never, sell your personal or technical data to any third party.
Right of Access: You may request a summary of the personal data we process. Since your file data is local, it remains in your hands; for technical logs held by partners, you may contact our DPO.
Right to Rectification: You have the right to demand the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we or our partners may possess regarding your device.
Right to Deletion: You have the "Right to be Forgotten." Uninstalling the ClearCargo app immediately destroys all local scan history. You may also request the deletion of any technical telemetry logs held by our third-party partners.
Right to Lodge a Complaint: You are explicitly entitled to contact a regulatory authority or data protection supervisor in your jurisdiction if you believe our data handling violates legal standards.
Retention Lifecycle
Operational Metadata: Information regarding files identified for cleaning is volatile; it is held in your device’s active memory during the scan and is purged the moment the app is closed.
Technical Telemetry: Non-identifiable data processed by third-party partners is retained for the minimum period necessary for aggregate reporting (typically 12 to 24 months) and is then permanently anonymized.
Choice and Opt-Out Mechanisms
We provide the following methods to ensure you are never "tracked" against your will:
Opting Out of Data Sharing: You can prevent the sharing of technical identifiers by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android) in your system settings.
Permission Control: You may revoke storage access at any time through your device settings, which will instantly cease all application functionality.

PART 2: END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Grant of License
ClearCargo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the software on a single device for your personal, non-commercial maintenance, subject to your adherence to this agreement.
User Restrictions
By utilizing ClearCargo, you agree not to:
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive the source code of the scanning engine.
Use the app to intentionally interfere with the performance of other software or device stability.
Modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit the software.
Intellectual Property
The ClearCargo name, branding, user interface, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of the developer. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this license.
Disclaimer of Warranty ("AS IS")
ClearCargo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for absolute precision, we do not warrant that the application will identify every piece of residual data or remain entirely free from technical errors. You are responsible for reviewing items flagged for removal before confirming deletion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearCargo and its creators shall not be liable for any accidental loss of data, performance issues, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate it by deleting the application. We reserve the right to revoke your license immediately if you violate any terms of this EULA.
